The Miravidi residence is located opposite the start of the Les Eucherts slopes and offers very spacious apartments for rent (between 75 and 100 m²), either on one level or accessible by lift.
In our residence, no one sleeps on a sofa bed in the living room — everyone enjoys a private, comfortable bedroom! The apartments, with 3 or 4 bedrooms (most with a private bathroom/shower), offer all the comfort needed for a successful holiday in La Rosière. Some apartments also feature a mezzanine.
Each apartment has its own charm and advantages. Some can accommodate more than 2 people per bedroom, meaning the residence is suitable for groups of 3 to 9 people. Under the Apartments tab, depending on your chosen dates, you can discover the full range of apartments available to you.
We welcome you in winter and summer alike, in surroundings tastefully decorated by mountain enthusiasts.
To relax after a wonderful day of activities, you'll enjoy our leisure area: a fitness room, sauna and wellness or recovery massages by a professional physiotherapist (by reservation). The residence also offers a communal lounge with an open fire and billiards, as well as a laundry room and covered parking.
Our story
By families, for families
In 2012, Gaël and Olivier, two Belgian friends who had been skiing in La Rosière with their families for years, decided to build a residence there. Other families quickly joined the project.
The idea fits into a single sentence: by families, for families. Space, quality, and ski-in ski-out access.
The building went up in 2013. The first guests arrived in December 2014.
Where the name Miravidi comes from
The Miravidi is a summit close to La Rosière. The most experienced skiers reach it by heliski from the Italian side, a few hundred metres from the border — still within the San Bernardo ski area.
Each owner then named their apartment after a piste in the ski area. Names that echo the wildlife of the valley and the summits you can see from the resort.

Why Les Eucherts
La Rosière enjoys sunshine and snow cover unlike anywhere else in the Tarentaise valley.
You can ski across into Italy, ski down the Berthod — a World Cup downhill run — facing Mont Blanc, and stop for an Italian lunch at midday. The Espace San Bernardo offers 160 kilometres of pistes on both sides of the border.
The Les Eucherts hamlet was chosen for three reasons.

The building
A lauze stone roof and generous apartments
The residence was designed by a Belgian architect who had already created a mountain building in Les Eucherts. It is recognisable by its lauze stone roof — the same name as one of its apartments.
The choice was made from the very first drawing: large apartments rather than many small ones. Every sleeping space is a real bed, in a proper bedroom. Underfloor heating provides the best possible comfort.
The interiors
An interior designer set out a common specification for all the apartments: quality of materials, overall style and consistency throughout. That coordination continues today, more than ten years after construction.
Our guests regularly mention the quality of the beds and bedding.

You will avoid the Saturday traffic jams and enjoy a day's skiing with fewer people on the slopes the day before your departure.

What we decided, and why
Sunday to Sunday
None of the founding families wanted to spend their Saturday in traffic jams. Arrivals and departures were therefore set on Sundays: the drive up is smooth, settling in is relaxed, and ski schools fit this rhythm perfectly.
Weekly stays
The residence is designed and organised for a full week.
A lounge open to everyone
The lounge with its open fire and billiard table is the communal space of the residence. We offer all our guests a drink there at Christmas and New Year.
No pets allowed
Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not allowed in the residence.

Cared for like a home
The 4-star rating is renewed every five years, following inspection by an accredited body. The assessment covers three areas.
Between inspections, upkeep is continuous. The owners stay in the residence regularly and look after it like their own home; the owners' association checks the apartments to maintain the standard.
