How do I book my stay?

By visiting our website miravidi.eu, you will discover the various apartments and services on offer. On the Booking page, select your week (Sunday to Sunday only, for a 7-night stay) and make your choice. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% will be charged to your credit card. A confirmation email will be sent to you, including various useful information for your stay. We are a small family-run business and work exclusively by email. If you would prefer a telephone conversation, you can send an email to contact@miravidi.eu with a time when you are available and a telephone number where we can reach you. We will be delighted to call you. For extra peace of mind, we offer you the option of taking out cancellation insurance at the last step of the booking process. One month before your arrival, we will send you an invitation to settle the balance of your stay by bank transfer. If you prefer an automatic debit to your credit card, simply let us know by return email.

Preparing for your stay

You can already book your ski equipment with our partner Skiset/OlympicSports and its shop at Les Eucherts (https://www.olympicsports.fr/). Marc Pirard's team (a former French national team coach) will give you every attention, expert advice and very competitive prices with a specific code that will be given to you after your booking. Your equipment will be ready for you when you arrive at the Les Eucherts shop, which is located close to our residence.

ESF and Evo2 are familiar with our residence and our "Sunday to Sunday" stays. They will offer you a package suited to lessons starting on Monday.

Sunday, the day of your arrival

You will enjoy clear roads and uncrowded transport as you arrive in La Rosière, where our team will be waiting for you at the reception of our residence to hand over your keys, provide access to the car park, complete the various documents and register your security deposit (by cheque preferably, or in cash) from 16:00 until the evening to welcome you.

In the event of a late arrival, after reception closes at 20:00, it is essential to contact them beforehand.

You will take possession of your apartment. The beds will be made, bath towels and sheets will be provided, and your locker will be available for your ski equipment (please note that this is an unsupervised storage area). You will be asked to confirm your inventory and will be given the latest information about the resort and its many activities. In your apartment's welcome pack, you will find all the useful information you need, including the Wi-Fi code for the whole of your stay.
You will also take the opportunity to confirm your bakery order at reception for the following morning, so that your breakfast is waiting for you at reception from as early as 07:45 (a paid service, to be confirmed each day).
If you wish, you can take a first stroll to the village of Les Eucherts, just a few steps from the residence. This is also a good opportunity to collect your ski equipment and lift passes.

Monday

A day discovering the Espace San Bernardo, directly linked to La Thuile in Italy via the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard. The area's 160 km of pistes have both south- and north-facing slopes, guaranteeing excellent skiing and panoramic views on each side. Skiing in La Rosière means guaranteed relaxed living, sunshine and… snow! A short stop at the top of the fort at Chalet Anka for a quick bite, or at one of the self-service restaurants ideally located on the pistes (Le Plan du Repos, La Traversette, etc.).
In the evening, you can enjoy the space and comfort of the apartment, the open fire in the shared lounge and its billiard table, or the sauna, which is open every day from 17:00, by reservation only, in order to respect the energy-saving plan. Before 19:00, don't forget to order your breakfast for the following day at Reception.

Tuesday

On waking, and from the terrace of your apartment, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and can plan a day of exploration or perhaps your first off-piste run accompanied by a mountain professional.
On your way back, discover a few typical local shops: the delicatessen "Chez Robert", the "Ferme de Montvalezan", "Aux Délices Fermiers" (at Les Eucherts), or the dairy cooperative shop of the Haute Tarentaise, taking the pedestrian link connecting Les Eucherts with La Rosière.
In the evening, treat yourself at one of the resort's restaurants, such as "Le Genépi" (in the centre) or "Le Flocon" (at Les Eucherts), which offers bowling lanes and large screens to follow various live sports.

Wednesday

Another sunny day. Before heading out, you may wish to arrange with reception a mid-stay clean of the apartment (a paid service) or a massage with Magali, a well-known physiotherapist in the resort, for guaranteed relaxation within the residence (for an additional charge). You can make the most of this beautiful day by taking a long walk into Italy and having lunch at one of the restaurants on the pistes.
Later in the day, the more adventurous can set off on a 700-metre luge run featuring changes of gradient, a footbridge and a spiral, reaching speeds of up to 45 km/h, while others can watch the weekly ice hockey match (a few free tickets are available at reception).

Thursday

A slightly cloudy day — the perfect opportunity for a snowshoe walk, a skins ascent, or a visit to one of the villages in the valley.
Later in the day, the adults enjoy the sauna (free) and a massage (by reservation, at extra cost). The children go to the Les Eucherts ice rink for an introduction to ice hockey. On your way back, collect your fondue or raclette equipment at "Les Délices Fermiers" for a typically Savoyard dinner… or savour these specialities at the mountain restaurant "L'Antigel", which offers a unique way of getting there (Thursday evenings only)!

Friday

Glorious sunshine and off for another day of skiing. You can relax on the south-facing terrace of "L'Ancolie" (on the Les Eucherts side), admiring the view of the Aiguille Rouge, Les Arcs, Sainte-Foy, the Tignes valley and… the sunset.
Enjoy a relaxed aperitif and dinner in the apartment… or head down into the valley to one of the typical restaurants, such as "Chez Merie" (Miroir).

Saturday

Full sunshine and a great day of skiing, as most other holidaymakers head home, leaving the whole of Espace San Bernardo to us. A little picnic on the pistes with local produce and a small glass of white wine from Savoie.
On your way back to the residence, stop by reception to confirm your departure time (before 10:00), settle the tourist tax and any paid services, … and enjoy one last moment at Miravidi.

Sunday

Before 10:00, hand back the various keys once the apartment has been tidied: sheets and towels gathered in the bathrooms, kitchen clean, bins emptied. After your departure, our team will inspect your apartment and release your security deposit within the following week (cancellation of the electronic deposit or destruction of the cheque).
As on your way there, you will enjoy clear roads and comfortable transport.
Once you're back home, don't forget to complete the satisfaction survey that will be sent to you by email.

Why do your stays run from Sunday to Sunday?

None of the families behind the project wanted to spend Saturdays sitting in traffic. We therefore set arrivals and departures on Sundays: the drive up is smoother and settling in is calmer. The resort's ski schools are perfectly organised around this rhythm.

What time can we enter the apartment?

Keys are handed over from 4.00pm on Sunday, once each apartment has been fully prepared. If you arrive earlier, we can provide a space for your luggage — let us know and we will organise it.

We are fifty metres from the Les Eucherts chairlift, the ESF meeting point, the shops and the first piste.

How many parking spaces are included per apartment?

Two spaces in our enclosed, heated garage are included with each apartment. A third space may be available depending on availability: ask us and we will look at it together.

The beds are made for your arrival and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

How does the communal lounge work?

The lounge, with its open fire and billiards table, is the shared space of the residence: it remains open to all our guests. At Christmas and New Year, we invite everyone there for a drink.

How do we order bread and pastries?

We provide delivery every day except Sunday. Place your order at reception the day before, before 6.00pm: you will collect your individual basket in the morning.

How do we book a massage?

Magali, a sports physiotherapist and ski mountaineering champion, comes to the residence on request. Treatments take place in our massage room. She is in high demand: contact her several weeks before you arrive to organise her visit.

A sauna, a fitness room and a massage room, in a leisure area reserved for guests of the residence.

What does the 4-star rating mean?

It is renewed every five years after inspection by an accredited organisation. The assessment covers three areas: the facilities and fittings that guarantee comfort, the services provided to guests, and accessibility and sustainable development rules.

Is one apartment wheelchair accessible?

Yes. It has widened doors for wheelchair access, an adapted shower room and WC, and a widened parking space.

Yes, and this happens regularly — especially grandparents bringing children and grandchildren together across two or three neighbouring apartments. Contact us and we will look for the best combination.

What is there to do in La Rosière in summer?

The Plan de l'Arc and its play area, the pump track, the Plan de Repos lake and numerous walking trailheads are all a few minutes from the residence.

Where does the name Miravidi come from?

Miravidi is a summit close to La Rosière, reached by experienced skiers by heliski from Italy. Each apartment is then named after a piste in the San Bernardo ski area.

Which ski area do we ski in?

Espace San Bernardo, 160 kilometres of pistes between La Rosière and La Thuile in Italy. You can ski across to the Italian side and descend the Berthod, a World Cup downhill piste, facing Mont Blanc.
